On the 3rd of June, Doctor Takagi Yohei from Osaka University in Japan gave a report about Capability of Open FOAM and its application in process engineering on invitation in Room311,the report room of school of Automotive and Traffic Engineering.

Doctor Takagi explained about the history of development of open source software OPEN FOAM, the features of it, the range of applications and the practical operation of OPENFORM in detail. He also gave three examples of engineering application.

Teachers and students presented were interested in the OPEN FORM software very much, they had heated discussion and communication after the lecture.
